Orange & Halloumi Salad
Ingredients:
- Halloumi (sliced, brushed with dressing and cooked in olive oil on a pan)
- 1 Orange
- Baby Spinach
- Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Quinoa
- 1 Carrot (peeled into ribbons)
- Walnuts (roughly chopped and sprinkled on top)
Honey Mustard Dressing:
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 lemon squeezed.
- 1 heaped teaspoon of @be.collagen_ Daily Naked Collagen
- Salt & pepper
- ¼ olive oil
This is officially my new favourite salad! The halloumi, orange and dressing combo is *chefs kiss*
Great as a stand-alone salad, but would also make a great side dish for a meal.
