Q: When will my order be dispatched? We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday.  Please note that during sale times, our dispatch time will extend to 1-3 business days. 
Q: How do I track my order? Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact:  becollagen@outlook.com. Be sure to check your spam folder too! 
Q: How much is delivery? Domestic Australian: For orders under $100, standard shipping is $10. For orders over $100 we provide free standard shipping.
