VANILLA & COLLAGEN COCONUT BALLS
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 desiccated coconut (plus extra for coating)
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Cashew Butter
- 2.5 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp Daily Naked Collagen Powder
- 3 Tbsp Choice of Vanilla Protein
Instructions
Place Cashew butter and Coconut oil into microwave bowl and microwave till melted and stir to combine. Add the rest of ingredients into bowl and combine. Roll mixture into balls with hands and lastly roll them in desiccated coconut and place into fridge to harden.
