WINTER WARMER PEACH & CINNAMON PUDDING
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp G/F plain flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- 3-4 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 slices of peach from the can (can use fresh peach when in season)
- 1 tsp of Daily Naked Collagen Powder
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together, add the wet ingredients, and stir to combine. Place half the batter mixture in ramekin, followed by 2 peach slices and top with rest of the batter mixture. Bake on 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, add your toppings and enjoy.
